Job Title: Key Sales Account Manager – GCC

About the Role
As a Key Sales Account Manager for iX Gulf, you’ll drive the adoption of our AI-powered enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, HRM, CMMS) across the GCC. This is a pivotal role in iX Global’s expansion, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term partnerships with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly sales targets for iX’s cloud business applications in the GCC.
- Strategic Hunting: Identify and convert high-potential leads in sectors like logistics, manufacturing, and finance.
- C-Level Engagement: Position iX as a digital transformation partner (not just a vendor) to CEOs/CFOs.
- Compliance-Driven Selling: Leverage iX’s ZATCA, UAE VAT, and WPS-ready solutions as differentiators.
- Channel Development: Partner with local system integrators and tech consultancies.
- Market Intelligence: Share GCC-specific insights to refine product localization (Arabic NLP, payroll, etc.).
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise software sales (ERP/CRM preferred).
- Proven GCC Network: Existing relationships with IT decision-makers in KSA/UAE.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with ZATCA, WPS, or GCC procurement processes.
- Hunter Mentality: Track record of opening new logos vs. account management.
- Language: Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
